The shipping schedule is stated on the “Timing and Method of delivery of products” in the “Legal Information and Notices required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions” page.
Please kindly check the shipping schedule and wait for the package to arrive.
※ In case you have purchased multiple products at the same time, the package will be shipped according to the latest shipping date of the product you have purchased.
