We are pleased to announce that our official online store, hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP, has implemented a sample audio player feature as of October 30, 2023, to improve the overall customer experience.

＜Feature Details＞
・For digital content, you can now play the sample audio if the product is a voice recording.

・If the products on the product page have a “play button” beside their name, you can launch the sample audio player and play the sample audio by clicking or tapping the play button on your browser.

・The length of these sample audio files will be different for each product. Also, please note that some voice packs, such as complete set exclusive or bonus voice packs, may not support any sample audio.

＜Notes＞
・Audio playback will require an internet connection. If you are connected to a mobile network, it will use your allocated data packets and will cost you a data connection fee. You can also use this function while connected via Wi-Fi on your home network.

・We have tested the function on supported browsers. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that it works on other browsers.

・For smartphones, please update your OS and browser to the latest versions.
