Please Note the Following Three Points
- Serial codes are included only with the “Limited Edition (Serial Code Included).”
- A serial code is provided for each order, but each account may submit only one application through the ticketing service. As such, purchasing multiple copies will not increase your chances of being selected.
- A serial code only gives you the opportunity to enter the concert ticket lottery. It does not guarantee a winning ticket. If selected, you will need to pay separately for the ticket.
Purchasing the Limited Edition
This product is available exclusively through the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP.
It will not be available through other online stores or at physical retail locations.
* The Regular Edition is scheduled to be available at other retailers.
Serial Co de Distribution Period
Serial code eligibility is limited to purchases completed by October 5, 2026, 12:00 (JST).
Concert Details
Scheduled for Tuesday, December 22, 2026 at TOKYO GARDEN THEATER
* Further details about the concert will be announced at a later date.
* Tickets will not be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that products cannot be returned or canceled even in the event that the performance is canceled, postponed, or otherwise changed.
Serial Code Application
The lottery and ticketing schedule for serial code entries will be announced at a later date.
* Tickets will not be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
The serial code grants you the right to enter the lottery for concert tickets and does not guarantee that you will be selected.
Even if you are selected, a separate payment will be required to purchase your ticket for admission to the concert.
Products Eligible for the Serial Code
The serial code is included only with the “Limited Edition (Serial Code Included).”
Please note that the serial code is not included with the “Regular Edition.”
Serial Code Issuance Limit
One serial code will be issued per order.
Even if multiple copies are purchased in the same order, only one serial code will be issued.
* Only one serial code may be used per ticketing service account.
How to Check Your Serial Code
After your purchase, you can check your serial code in “My Page” on the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP.
* Serial codes will not be sent by email.
* As a rule, your serial code is issued immediately after your purchase is completed.
Transfer, Resale, and Reissuance
Transferring, reselling, or listing serial codes on auction sites is strictly prohibited.
Serial codes cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
