We would like to inform you that a system update regarding this issue has been completed.

Due to the YouTube app's specifications, logging in with Google directly within the app remains unavailable. However, a dedicated guidance screen will now appear before an error occurs, allowing you to easily copy the URL and open the SHOP in an external browser app such as "Chrome" or "Safari".

*Please Note:*
If you add items to your cart within the YouTube app's built-in browser and then switch to an external browser (Chrome/Safari, etc.), the items in your cart will not be carried over.
We kindly ask that you follow the instructions on the screen to switch to an external browser before adding items to your cart.

Currently, we have confirmed an issue where login errors occur when accessing the SHOP via the YouTube app on smartphones.

When accessing the SHOP by tapping a product link (YouTube Shopping) within the smartphone YouTube app, attempting to log in via "Google Login" results in an error, preventing users from proceeding to checkout.

The exact time of occurrence is currently under investigation.

[Workaround]

We suspect this issue is caused by the browser specifications within the YouTube app.
If you encounter this error, we kindly ask that you access the SHOP using an external browser app such as "Chrome" or "Safari" to log in and complete your purchase.

We are currently investigating the root cause and working toward resolving the issue.

We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience and trouble this has caused.
