Currently, due to a system issue, there is a delay in updating the shipping status and reflecting the tracking numbers for some orders.

Despite the shipping arrangements being completed, the order status on My Page is not updating correctly.
Please be assured that the items for the affected customers have already been shipped. Although it may overlap with the arrival of your items, we will sequentially update the shipping status and tracking numbers on your My Page. We kindly ask for your patience.
