Notice of Revision to the Terms of Service
Thank you for your continued patronage of hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP.
We will revise our Terms of Service as set out below.

■ Summary of the Revision
・We will add a new article concerning the right of withdrawal of consumers residing in EU/EEA Member States.
Under the applicable law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), the new article sets out the right of consumers residing in EU/EEA Member States to withdraw from an order within a specified period without giving any reason.
・It sets out the withdrawal period, the procedure, and the treatment of reimbursement and of the return of goods.
・It states that certain goods and services are excluded from the right of withdrawal under the applicable law.

[Newly added] Article 5-2 (Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in the EU/EEA)
1. A Registered User who is a consumer residing in an EU or EEA Member State (an "EU Consumer") may withdraw from the sales contract in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the laws of the relevant Member State implementing it (collectively, "EU Law"), as set out in this Article. An EU Consumer may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the day specified in each of the following items, without giving any reason:
(1) for physical goods (merchandise, etc.): the day on which the EU Consumer or a third party designated by the EU Consumer (other than the carrier) receives the last item (where several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the last item delivered);
(2) for digital content and services: the day of the conclusion of the sales contract.
2. Withdrawal is exercised by sending our designated withdrawal form, or any unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw, to us. Where withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse the payments received in accordance with EU Law, and the EU Consumer shall return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the EU Consumer.
3. The right of withdrawal under this Article does not apply to goods or services excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU Law (e.g., sealed audio or video recordings unsealed after delivery, and digital content for which performance has begun with the EU Consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal).
4. The burden of proof concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and the return of the goods, within the time limits set out in this Article shall rest with the EU Consumer.
5. This Article does not limit any rights of EU Consumers under mandatory statutory provisions. Where any other provision of these Terms conflicts with this Article, this Article shall prevail in relation to EU Consumers.
