Notice of Quality Issue and Response — SHISHIRO HAI - OFFLINE - Uniform

Thank you for your continued patronage of the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP.

This notice is intended for customers who purchased the affected product listed below, and for customers considering a future purchase.

A quality issue has been identified in the manufacturing process of the following product, which was sold at our shop and at the SHISHIRO HAI - OFFLINE - event venue. All customers who purchased the product will receive an improved, good-quality item, either as a delivery or as an exchange.

We are truly sorry for the great concern and inconvenience this has caused both customers awaiting their items and those who have already received them.

■ Details
The SHISHIRO HAI - OFFLINE - Uniform has a manufacturing-related quality issue in which the front print may peel under normal use. This issue is not caused by how the product is used.

■ Response by Purchase Channel

The next steps depend on where the item was purchased. Regardless of whether peeling has occurred on an individual unit, all customers will receive an improved, good-quality item.

1. Customers who ordered at hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP

Orders have not yet shipped. Improved, good-quality items will be shipped by Friday, May 29, 2026. No action is required on your part.

2. Customers who purchased at the SHISHIRO HAI - OFFLINE - event venue (excluding holocart)

Please apply via the Exchange Request Form below. - If your shipping address is within Japan: as part of our quality-improvement response, we will also collect the affected item. Please send it to the recovery address using "freight collect"; we cover the shipping cost. - If your shipping address is outside Japan: no return of the original item is required, as freight collect is not available for international shipments. You may keep or dispose of the item at your discretion.

3. Customers who ordered via holocart for on-site pickup

The sales partner (RENI) will contact you individually. No action is required on your part.

- No return of the original item is necessary. You may keep or dispose of it at your discretion.

*Customers who purchased at the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP do not need to use this form. Improved items will be shipped sequentially since orders have not yet been dispatched.

*Customers who ordered via holocart for on-site pickup do not need to use this form. The sales partner (RENI) will contact you directly.
