We would like to express our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, and we extend our profound respect to all those dedicated to disaster recovery and reconstruction, as well as the delivery personnel for their daily efforts in the affected areas.
Due to the suspension of pickup and delivery services, as well as traffic restrictions caused by the earthquake, there are currently delays in the delivery of products to certain areas in the Kyushu region (particularly the entire Kumamoto Prefecture).
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding of the situation.
While deliveries to the affected areas may take longer than usual, our product dispatch procedures are proceeding as normal.
