You Can Now Change Your Shipping Address from My Page
Thank you for shopping at the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP.
You can now change the shipping address of an order before it ships, directly from My Page. A request that previously had to go through our inquiry form is now completed on the order details page after you log in.

・Changes from a Japanese address to another Japanese address
■How to Change Your Address
- Log in to the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP.
- Open the order details page from your order history on My Page.
- Select "Change shipping address" and enter the new address.
■Please Note
・For orders with some items already shipped, changes may not be available depending on the order contents.
・Due to shipping preparation, address changes are accepted until approximately two weeks before the scheduled shipping date. Please make any changes as early as possible.
・Immediately after you place an order, the change may not be accepted because the order has not finished syncing with our system. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
・Changes to the billing address, and any change involving an overseas address, are not covered by this feature.
・For orders that are not covered by this feature, please contact us through the inquiry form as before.
You can review and change your orders from My Page (Order History).
