There is no defect with the product itself, but it can be easily returned to its correct shape by following the simple steps below. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your cooperation.
【How to Return to Original Shape】
・Lightly pinch the hem (bottom edge) of the cape and lift it.
・Gently tuck the lifted cape into the gap between the plushie's back and the cape.
・While lightly pulling the tucked cape downward, press it gently so the cape follows the contour of the back.
*Please handle gently without applying force, smoothing the fabric, and it will take to its correct shape.
