It has come to our attention that, on some of these products, the copyright notice that should appear on the storage case used to hold the ring necklace is missing.
Please be assured that there is no issue with the quality of the ring necklace itself.

On some of the products listed above, the copyright notice on the back of the storage case is missing.
This does not affect the ring necklace itself, and there is no impact on its use.

For customers who would like a replacement storage case, we will send one to you free of charge.
Customers who would like a replacement do not need to return the product currently in their possession.

For customers who purchased at a hololive production official shop (Tokyo Station, Harajuku, or Osaka Umeda) or at any other store, providing proof of purchase (such as a receipt) when you contact us will allow us to assist you more smoothly. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we will still assist you—please let us know when you contact the inquiry desk.
Shipment of replacement items is scheduled to begin in or after late July 2026. Once preparations are complete, we will ship items sequentially in the order in which requests are received.
