We regret to inform you that an issue has been identified with the included bonus item for “hololive 3rd Generation 1st EP ‘#OperationHeartfulCuties You've Got No Choice but to Love the Strongest Idols’,” which has been shipping since early January 2026.
Specifically, we have confirmed cases in which the included bonus item, “Group Illustration Card of 4 Talents (Duplicated autograph),” was shipped without the duplicated autograph printing.

*Please note: No issues have been confirmed for the hand-signed autograph version, nor for any other included bonus items with (Duplicated autograph) besides the group illustration card. Therefore, these items are not eligible for exchange.

Customers who have received a bonus item with specifications that differ from the information shown on the product page may request an exchange using the dedicated form.
