For customers who purchased merchandise related to "Hizaki Gamma".
As we announced on Jul 19, 2024, we have terminated the contract with Vtuber talent Hizaki Gamma. For customers who purchased merchandise related to "Hizaki Gamma", we will ship the product aligned with the shipping period written in the each merchandise pages. However, due to the termination of the contract, we will accept cancellations and refunds for purchases upon request.
