Announcement Regarding Changes to the Login Screen and Payment Methods from October 15th (update: 9:00 AM, October 14, 2025 JST)

Thank you very much for shopping on the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP.
From October 15, there will be changes to login procedures and certain methods of payment that will no longer be accepted.
1. Login Changes
To ensure that everyone’s shopping experience on the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP is secure and convenient, we are updating login procedures as follows:
Customers logging in using their email address
・You will still be able to log in to the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP using your existing email address and password. In such cases, please input your email address and password without clicking the Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Shop Pay options. (Refer to the red box in the image below)
・To comply with international laws and regulations, customers who have not registered their date of birth and country/region of residence will be prompted to do so.
Customers logging in using their Shop ID
・The current screen will no longer be displayed, and you will need to log in using the new login screen. You may also log in using the Sign in with Shop Pay button. (Refer to the blue box in the image below)
2. Discontinuation of Shop Pay and PayPal
We will no longer be accepting payments through Shop Pay or PayPal.
・We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we kindly ask that customers currently using PayPal choose another method of payment.
・Shipping information registered with Shop Pay and/or PayPal will no longer be accepted. The address registered under your official SHOP membership information will be your shipping address, so please check your information before making any purchases.
・You can check the address registered under your customer information on the official shop from the URL below.
